Yarrawonga Mulwala Psychology (YMP) is a private practice psychology clinic based in Yarrawonga (North East Victoria). Yarrawonga Mulwala Psychology was established to meet the need for client-centred, evidenced-based assessment, treatment and support for local children, adolescents, and adults.  Our goal is to make empirically-supported treatment available in the community, and we have a reputation as a leading treatment provider in this area. We believe that rural Australians should have the same access to high quality psychological support as those living in metropolitan areas.

 

We have opportunities available for mental health practitioners (Psychologist (including interns), Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, Counsellor) who are passionate about providing client-centred, empirically-supported psychological assessment, treatment, and support to our local community.  Our services are in high demand, and we look forward to welcoming more mental health practitioners to our committed and supportive team. We provide face-to-face and telehealth (videoconferencing) appointments. We appreciate the diverse skills a range of mental health practitioners bring to our team. 

 

We have strong relationships with local GPs and allied health professionals, and the broader community. We provide services for a variety of presenting problems including mood, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders, attention-deficit and disruptive behaviour disorders, autism spectrum etc. We are respected in our community, and we have varied and consistent referral pathways.
