Referrals

We take a collaborative, client-centred, evidenced-based approach to assessment, treatment and support for our clients. We work collaboratively with a range of medical and health professionals to best meet client needs.

We provide referrers with regular written reports outlining assessment, treatment, and recommendations. We also maintain regular contact by phone or email as appropriate to ensure optimal interdisciplinary care.

All our psychologists maintain a manageable caseload and are well supported by our administration team so that they can provide the best possible care to our clients. Our client support team provides high-quality support to clients and referrers to minimise any barriers to treatment access.

Clients do not need a referral to make an appointment; however, they may be eligible for a Medicare or health insurance rebate if they have a referral from their GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.
